Tom Szabo is a photographer and owns A Thomas Image, a commercial, portrait, underwater and wedding photography studio in Concord Twp., Ohio.  In addition, he is a PADI certified Master Scuba Diver Trainer diving instructor. Tom has taken MAST classes, worked on many underwater archeological surveys.  “I have been very impressed with the level of volunteers and their commitment of time and work to support MAST” said Szabo.

Scuba diving in Lake Erie is different than diving in the Caribbean.  MAST divers don’t seem to mind.  Diving a wreck in Lake Erie provides a sense of excitement not found elsewhere.  It’s that sense of exploration by members that caught Tom’s attention and made him very interested in MAST.  Szabo said “I look forward to working with everyone associated with MAST and hope I can make a positive contribution to their work!”

After the deadline was over, I checked the count to determine the winner.  I’m pleased to announce that Ms Joey White was the winner.  As it turns out, Joey had a pretty good weekend at Shop Lake County.  Her booth won best of show.  So congratulations on a job well done Joey!

Kordell Norton - sales, marketing speaker and out of the box thinker.

As a motivational speaker, Kordell uses a lot of props and storytelling to support his presentations.  This has become part of his brand.  If you view his website, you won’t notice stock images.  He relies on promoting his business by promoting himself.  He is the product.

For the next version of his website, Kordell wanted to update his photo portfolio.  So he called me to schedule another sitting.  As we talked, he described the type of shots he wanted.  It became apparent that he put a lot of thought into his list.  I could see how he was continuing to build his brand.

One of his clients described him as watching popcorn pop without the lid.  That’s a pretty good visual – wouldn’t you agree?  So Kordell decided to incorporate “popcorn” into his brand.  It sounds like one of the popcorn images will make it on his business card.
